Charles Sears

Charles Sears, 37, is a seasoned business owner, executive coach, and business consultant dedicated to empowering others to achieve their goals. With a bachelor’s degree and numerous industry certifications in IT and Marketing, he combines academic knowledge with real-world experience to provide invaluable insights to his clients.

As a self-published author, Charles has introduced groundbreaking models such as “The Unifying Theory of Emergent Consciousness,” exploring human and AI consciousness; “The Motivational Strata Model,” offering a fresh perspective on human motivation; and “The Ouroboros Cycle of Civilization,” analyzing the patterns of rise and fall in civilizations.

Family and faith are the bedrock of his life. His devotion to Jesus and commitment to biblical principles shape his personal life and business leadership approach. When not raising his daughters, he passionately works on developing a conscious AI model—a venture for which he is seeking investors or sponsors.

At 20, Charles launched his first business when a Yellow Pages ad was key to growth. His career led him into technology and then the Army as a tech specialist. Rising to Non-Commissioned Officer, he served as a section leader and communications sergeant for six years.

After his military service, he spent five years as a deputy sheriff. In 2018, at 31 and with a baby on the way, Charles was let go from the Sheriff’s Office. Choosing not to return to law enforcement, he started over, demonstrating resilience by fighting a four-year legal battle that ended discrimination against veterans.

An advocate for the underdog, Charles stands against bullies, defending the vulnerable whenever possible. Today, he owns and is expanding multiple companies. His entrepreneurial journey includes building three successful businesses, acquiring two others, and exiting three companies with five and six-figure deals. He has mentored numerous business owners and consulted for over 200 businesses.

Driven by a vision to create a safer, more stable nation for his daughters and future generations, Charles believes in living morally and caring for others. He is committed to changing the world by utilizing the gifts God has given him.
